QuiltNSW Exhibition – Special Exhibitor Additional Quilts

This form asks for the details of the additional quilts that will form part of your display. The form requires a minimum of 1 quilt and a maximum of 10 quilts.

The information supplied will be used at the exhibition and in the catalogue. The quilt information will be used by the organisers to provide the correct equipment on which to display your quilts.

Once 1 quilt is entered you can skip any of the subsequent quilt pages by selecting NEXT at the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of each page you may select SAVE & CONTINUE which will save the information entered up until that point. You will be ask for an email address to which a link will be sent so that you can recommence the form at a later time. This link will expire after 30 days.
